    Sent VT Letter - heard nothing?

    Hi,

    I have sent my letter (using template from here) giving 14 days notice that I would like the vehicle collected. This time is now up and I have heard nothing - what should I do next?

    I can see the letter has been received by the tracking

    Hi, I have now heard from them and they are saying we cant VT as the agreement is in a business name?

      Did you sign it in the name of a business? Was it a sole trader or limited company or something else?
