MET Parking Charge for McDonalds parking (Received POPLA Code)

Hi all,
Very first time I received the letter with the PCN from MET Parking services I started googling and stumbled upon this forum. I noticed M1 helping people out and people being successful. I have seen him post people the same thing(template) to use as an appeal to the PCN company and so I have used it too. I now have received a letter saying they rejected my appeal and I received a POPLA code. Whats the next step? I saw you post a letter for users, some of them look similar but Im afraid it isn't just another template I could use.

The details of the PCN: I have overstayed 20 minutes in a 2 hour parking zone at McDonalds. The whole time I have been inside enjoying a long breakfast and a chat with my partner. I didn't realise how fast the time went by and they snapped two pictures of me entering and leaving. The signage was clearly visible, as this was a new mcdonalds. I understand if I left my car there or was abusing the car park but I was a genuine customer. I know its my bad for staying there longer than I should have but I honestly did not realise the time.

Can you post up the pcn (sanitised, signs etc that you have ?

Thank You for the quick reply. I have lost the original PCN letter... I can only assume someone thought it was useless and binned it. I have searched everywhere for it past hour. I attach the letter that came in today. I can find out the date when I received the letter as I probably sent a text about it somewhere. I'll keep looking for it though. It looked like most PCN, two pictures, dates and times, clearly stating I overstayed 20 minutes. 100 pounds or down to 50 when paid within 2 weeks. I thought they had 10 days to respond? Im pretty sure its been longer than that, dont know if thats any help.

EDIT: I issued the appeal on the 18th of August 2016. I received the charge 2 days prior to that,

So I have received a reply from MET Parking. Didn't want to spam in here before, but I think I'm not getting away with it. They declined everything I said, provided proof that they indeed do comply with all the codes etc etc, they provided evidence, caught out a few things in the original letter I sent to popla. They went really out of their way to write up this message, its like 30/40 pages long with images provided as proof and photographs of signs etc. Popla has asked me to comment on this. Not really sure what I can do at this point, I have no standing ground on this claim.
