I just wanted to thank this forum for the help I have received, and information learned, to successfully appeal at POPLA.
The RK was a hirer of a lease car, and received a NTH that was deficient with POFA.
In particular, EuroCarParks had failed to provide the required info that they ought to have received from the lease Company. They had attempted to argue that there was an industry-wide MOU that usurped POFA requirements to provide the required information. This was roundly rejected. I attach the successful POPLA decision for information. appeal decision.pdf
