Hi everybody,

I received a notice for overstaying at BP stansted petrol station, the time allowed is 30 minutes, however I stayed 82 minutes because me and my boyfriend were exhausted (we drove a long way to drop off my mom at the airport). Of course, we wouldn’t have stayed if we knew about the time limit. The fact is that the sign is on the left of the shop and we parked in a spot we’re the sign is not visible at all. Could you helptelling me what I have to write on the appeal, please?

First of all you edit so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. The driver drove and parked, the keeper received the letter.
