Hi guys!
New to this so bear with me.
I had a ticket through post from Smart Parking in Matalan car park,Kidderminster.
I had parked in car park,did not get ticket as was waiting for wife to do a quick in and out run,anyway was not aware that there was a camera and subsequently received ticket.
I appealed and was rejected and sent popla code,was wondering on any advice for popla appeal,do I have a case ,I emailed Matalan and they said would support my appeal with Matalan card proof.

If you can sanitise the ticket and post it up as well as the signs if possible.

I will post ticket up as soon as I can but tried to get some photos yesterday at car park and the car park has now been taken over by Euro Car Parks,so cannot take any photos of signage.
Seems strange that happening now after I emailed Matalan and asked them if Smart Parking had a contract with them and if they would support my appeal, which they said they would.

I have an update as I emailed Matalan asking them what happened to Smart Parking.
They replied saying "Due to customer feedback Matalan have worked with the landlords on this and Smart Parking no longer look after car parks attached to our stores."
They then go on to say that I should pay the fine as they no longer have contact with Smart Parking to act on my behalf.
What are your thoughts on that now M1?

Whilst there have been 4/5 losses at popla none have ever been Smart parking as i recall. Pretty confident we can win at the secondary appeal stage.
