cpm uk car park management

hi just received a pcn for not displaying a permit on my vehicle from cpm, the car park has no marked bays, the signage is poor and I cant see any photo evidence of my van from there website, have to appeal by the 31st feb which is when the 28 days is up. can anyone advise, iv fought many tickets and won but this one seems strange to me.
