Hello

My wife went into Matalan to exchange an item purchased the day before, she did not purchase a parking ticket because she thought she would be in and out in few minutes, it was a mistake on her behalf but she wasn't aware of the new parking system.

Anyways I got a parking charge notice which i appealed but smart parking have rejected it and have gave me a popla code.

So so what do I do? Shall I pay the fine whilst I have the reduced price or challenge it.

So you know in my appeal I did not disclose driver details, I also sent them a Matalan receipt to prove the driver was a genuine customer also talked to Matalan staff which was of no success.
