      Re: Parking Eye

This week I have written to ParkingEye explaining that now they recognise their Notice to Keeper is so flawed as to be useless, they can no longer persue any keepers who received that form of the document without commiting fraud. It will be interesting to see how they respond.

Went to do it but Tinypic is down. Been down for hours apparently so i'll need to wait it's return or you could use another image host such as imgur or photobucket.

                    Re: Parking Eye

i would also like to add that the entrance and exit to the car park is very tight hence the delay in exiting, if a van is in this part you can not exit or enter.

picture ending 810 shows vans being unloaded, this was the same case when the driver was at the car park. if it was just a car park it would have been easier but as it is the back of shops it is being used for deliveries as well.

another thing could take in account is that ParkingEye do not have Advertising Consent for the Signs, Ealing Council have confirmed this and i have email replies

                    Hope this helps

                    Thank you

Edit to suit, especially #6. Then upload, together with the planning proof as per http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co...a-process.html

                          Re: Parking Eye

                          SUCCESS!

I used the template by M1, but as this was very big, POPLA have a character limit. I had to upload them as each individual PDF, so my First Point had a separate PDF, seconds separate PDF etc etc.
I also added that the car park has deliveries for shops taking place, the entrance and exit is on a road that has heavy standstill traffic and that the entrance and exit is very narrow, so only one car can go in either direction.

I have no idea why they decided to withdraw from the appeal, maybe it was pain for them to get all the relevant paperwork and that they did not have advertising consent, which can not be false documented even if the rest could.

All in all, christmas has come early, i can not thank M1 enough, is it possible for you PM me your email address so i can get the small donation promise sent, or if you could ask Kati to PM it ?

Apologises if it may not be much, as my family also want treats!

this is just unbelievable, but i have learned a valuable lesson, there is always someone watching!

                          Thanks a million!

Don't worry about sending anything to me. The site, i'm sure, takes money to run, so you're adamant you could send them something or make a donation to a foodbank or something.
