    Re: Premier Parking Solutions PCN

Decided to let the managing company know about the whole situation and this is their reply
I’m replying to the email below which you sent to my colleague Jamie. There is no permit system in place at Phoenix Quay so the parking enforcement company would only issue a charge to a vehicle parked in a space if it was parked without permission. Are you sure you were in the correct space? Homeowners have the ability to contact the parking company if an unauthorised car was in their space. There is no other way for a charge to be issued as the parking company wouldn’t know if a car is in the wrong space without being told. If you can scan and email the ticket we may be able to look into this further.
As I expected, someone decided to contact PPS about my vehicle being parked in someone else's space

Just an idea ... could your neighbour (who allowed you to use THEIR space) give you a letter that proves they agreed to it??

Good shout Kati, I'll wait for the managing company to get back to me and if they can't resolve the problem then I'll ask the neighbour for the letter ☺

          Hello Beagles!
The managing company got ignored by PPS and decided not to answer their emails, as expected today I received the notice to keeper.

Did you get the letter from your neighbour saying you had permission to park there?

                  Re: Premier Parking Solutions PCN

As expected PPS rejected my appeal simply because I didn't display a permit. However, as you have seen from my correspondence with the managing company we don't need permits and how come my other car didn't get a ticket as it also didn't have a permit. I've attached the letter which I've received.

Go to theias.org and lodge the intent to appeal https://www.theias.org/userguide/article/57 making sure you are the registered keeper.

Once they reply we get 10 working days. Did you get the letter from your neighbour ?

                      Re: Premier Parking Solutions PCN

I did get the letter from my neighbour but it looks like I won't have to appeal to the IAS. I thought I'd let the managing company know about my unsuccessful appeal and what I think about their service, they immediately got in touch with PPS and they cancelled the charge.

Thanks for everything Kati and Mystery1, you guys are amazing!
