Does it contain a contract or letter of authority or witness statement ?

The website bit might be for uploaded info and perhaps they emailed it or posted it and that's why ?

Anyway, you got it and replied so al should be well. You can always phone/email popla and ask if you wish.

Just to say I got my appeal result back and won!!!

They cited the lack of evidence over land ownership as the key point of the appeal.
