Parking charge CPM - do I have to pay? PCN - Won

Hi all
a letter has come through today from CPM for £60 - do I by law have to pay? Can they send bayleifs? They have a picture of my car parked there. There are signs saying you can't park unless you are a customer of the chip shop or Chinese - says they got my details from DVLA . Under schedule 4 act 2012 they have the right?

Were you a customer of one of the shops?
Can you post up a redacted copy of the letter/pcn? Or email to me asnd I'll do it kati@legalbeagles.info
You should still appeal ... @mystery1 is great with this sort of thing

Don't worry about bailiffs ... they can't do that without getting a court order 1st

Thanks Kati , I just just put up a pic , please excuse it as looks bit messy , I never used there shops I went round to the other shops there , hopefully mystery will be able to help with what I need in the appeal letter or is there a template do you know? My car is registered to my mum and dads I have move out now ! Thank u Kati
can they get court orders on these fines then? I thought only council parking tickets stand ? X

Is it a carpark where they photographed your car? Is there any way you can get pictures of the signs etc...?

Yes just a small car par, no pay an display or anything like that just think u have to be customers of there food shops- Think it's private property . I will do tomorrow yes not a problem

It came either fri 12 or sat the 13th , it says it was issued on the 4 th June but the driver committed it on the 27th may
