      Appeal?
All details on how to do so will be given within the notice.

Thanks for the relevant helpful Informamtion. However I still have the query on how to deal with this. After getting a reply from the rude app people basically blaming me until I said it was an app issue and they said they couldn't void it it has to be done by parkingeye.
I've got ways this could be dealt with, I could
        1. Totally ignore...which in my legal mind is a no.
        2. Contact them, explain the situation confirming app issues and telling them the application people could vod it.
        3. I could drop out the past legal cases confirming I didn't enter in contract....buy they wont have a clue, its a call center.

There's no help number just pay the fine or appeal which is a poor service. I prefere writing via email as its recorded, calls I don't trust.

Also thinking about this it's not even down to the fine company,it's down to the app company.

Is it the app company who has sent a parking charge to you?

The app company is paybyphone. The fine company is parkingeye. I didn't see your comment appeal. I'll appeal and explain all this.

1 thing I noticed, when appealing, are you the driver?registered keeper? I'm assuming they want you to say your the driver so they can issue you with the fine. Very crafty.
also there's 2 times, the car park cameras are 5 mins behind the app.

Well done for not falling for the 'driver' trap.

Wish we'd have covered contract law, its so stressful. The more I read on this the more confusing it gets. The app ppl are totally useless, they basically call me a liar, then say qell we checked our system and you did only pay for 1 hr...which shows they didn't...and I don't think they can as they then say We can only refer to our logs ..I did the appeal and have heard nothing.
I was supplied for an email by paybyphone for parking eye thwy either dont reply or dont resd emails. Absolutely terrible customer service and no customer service at all for parkingeye. Their phone costs a fortune to ring.
is it literally just a huge con?
I went on to BPA to have a read...omg...lol its confusing.

Can you show how much you did pay, from bank or credit card statements?

The sign says £2.20 for 2 hours. I am not sure that this helps your case.

The issue isn't the eprice, the issue is the app was set at 2 hrs and only 1 put 1 on, and when we eput another 2 on again it only put 1 on, so instead of 4 hours it was 2 hrs 20, messaged the appl ppl, rhey were as useful as a chocolate teapot. They wouldn't l9ok in to the app, wouldn't check to see if there was any issues, they would only check the records. Then when I explained they said nothing rhey can do about it contact the fine ppl...very helpful ppl
I also informed rhem their app time was showing diff to the video time...no answer.they armt talkative. The fine ppl...no reply just appeal, their email seems to be a dead 1 and phone line is so expensive...all I can do is appeal which I dnt think will help
