Hi am asking if anybody has appealed a PCN at kings collage hospital. ticket was issued by car parking partner ship. I was parked on the perimeter road of the hospital. I was parked on double yellow lines.
But displayed my blue badge with time displayed for 3pm.had appointment with PET scan dept.. thought I was allowed to park up to three hours. no immediate signage where I parked. The ticket says time of parking was at 14.53 how can this be when i only parked at three pm.

You contact PALS at the hospital and complain to them.

However the blue badge is not applicable on private land, the booklet will tell you.

Unless it truly was an adopted road. Check with the council
