  • Parking control management PCN recieved and I live on the land

Hello. I recieved a pcn just below where I live. I went upstairs for 3mins and came back down. A ticket was placed on the vehicle in no time.

    I live in the development.

Can you please advise me on my course of action as I have until Monday to respond or do I not respond.

Ive ignored previous ones in the past a good while ago and never heard anything back. Once I challenged one with a letter and again they never replied back. That was years ago.

Is there a template I can send ? Who do i send to ?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi

If applicable, have you checked what your lease/tenancy agreement says about parking there?

Could you post up pics of the notice to driver (redact personal info but leave all times/dates visible.)

Plus a picture of the site sign.

    & there's also Jopson v Homeguard
    http://nebula.wsimg.com/f6d657adf7df...&alloworigin=1

Do not ID who was driving.
If it were me I'd wait for a notice to registered keeper...... should be delivered no sooner than 29 days from alleged contravention, or later than the 56th day......& respond as registered keeper.

Apologies for the late response. Work duties .

Here is a copy of the initial PCN and I ignored this.

I've now recieved another letter from them looks like they obtained some details from DVLA.

I live here and they ticket me.

        How do I proceed please.

Take out identifying details but leave dates

The NTK is not compliant with POFA.

Check POFA (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/...dule/4/enacted) paragraph 7 & 8 to see if the documents comply with POFA a d so be able to hold the keeper liable (they don't).

list all the failures and write and tell them they can't hold you, the keeper, liable for for the action of the driver.

The sign might also be forbidding and not offering a contract to park
