  • Parkingeye paid counterclaim

Parkingeye demanded £70, alleging that not enough had been paid to park in a hospital car park. Almost 1.5 years and lots of letters later, with a court hearing less than a month away, they paid my counterclaim. In full. Without even trying to negotiate. It took a lot of time and effort, but it can be done. Copy of nice polite letter attached. If everyone of their, ahem, customers counterclaimed, their business model would need some changes.
