Evening!

Had a few photo's taken at the car park today, it's basically lit up like Blackpool illuminations at night, although the signs aren't the best!

Have attached a few more actual photo's to those posted earlier below, they're pretty self explanatory ... if anyone could point at least one or two flaws that may form the basis of a parking defence then it would be greatly appreciated. :-) [MENTION=5553]charitynjw[/MENTION] ... thanks you so much for your input thus far! :-)

It might be worth saying that the alleged contract was with SIP, who state on their signage that they are members of BPA.

They are not: they are with IPC. (Since May 2014)

& for your information, the 'independent' appeal route for IPC cases is via IAS (Independent Appeal Service), an in-house body.
