    I have ignored parking charges from uk parking control as I was told to do so now I have received a county court business centre letter claiming 960 pound is this legit or another way of trying to get you to pay
    It also has a claim no and particulars of the defendant in it
    Please help

      Ignoring has not been the advice since 2012.

      Yes, the court claim form is legit. It also has a password on it. Logon to the site that is referenced and acknowledge the claim to give you additional time to defend. DO NOT ENTER ANYTHING IN THE DEFENCE FIELD at this time.

      Have you still got the PCN notices that were sent to you?
