Civil Enforcement Ltd - Northampton CC Claim Form

Hi all, I've received a claim form from Civil Enforcement Ltd dated 22nd July, I guess to do with parking. It totals £327.76. It's a car park in Sunderland.

I've been advised that the "detailed particulars" will be sent within 14 days after service of the claim. Claimants Legal Rep is Mr Michael Schwartz.

Please can you advise the best steps to fight this Claim??
