        Pretty much.

Have the court ever sent the blank DQ to yourself yet ?

Make sure you request your home court, which it's pretty sure you'll get.

I've not heard a single word from the court since this started. How long until that should arrive? I'm getting worried how I'm meant to prepare to go to court when I've got no documentation from them to even look at before I go.

Give them a phone and ask if they have posted the directions questionnaire.

Who do I call? The mcol number or the solicitors?

Thank you, I'll do that tomorrow morning. I really can't thank you enough for this. I would have panicked long before now without the support you've given.

Good afternoon. The direction questionnaire was posted to me yesterday, I have yet to receive it. Apparently they sent theirs with their intention to proceed.

I take that back it's just arrived!! Do I literally mirror their responses except refuse the paperwork hearing?

                            Morning.

Had nothing to report until this morning when I had a letter through from my home court with a hearing date of 30th September and it says it's been allocated to the small claims track. Other than that no news.

I know the hearing is a long way off but I do feel anxious. I don't really know what I'm meant to be defending at the moment!

Unless they come up with magic then all you can do is defend on what's in front of you. So we will send all the evidence of asking them to replead their case and follow the rules.

Let me know if they send anything.

Thank you. Are they allowed to turn up to court with photos of the car parked etc and use them? Or are they also only allowed to talk about the poc? I can't believe they're taking me to court with their poc being a pcn number and details of the interest they want!
