So I've phoned the court for an update, and they say they haven't had my letter. Should I go to the effort of sending another letter, or is this the courts way of telling me I don't stand a chance?

So I emailed again and the court didn't bother following it up. As much as I would love to put Civil Enforcement in the sticky stuff, I no longer have the time or energy to pursue them.

Could admin mark this as Discontinued, and maybe change the name of the thread to correctly represent Civil Enforcement Limited rather than Debt Enforcement Limited. It might help people find this thread and help them through the process of creating a defence.
