They'll leave you hanging and cancel last minute, perhaps without telling you so you find out when in the court building. Then you ask for costs as they behaved unreasonably (cpr 27.14 2 g).

I have got back in from Owrk and the mother in Law has just bought this round from the courts it says.

General Form of Judgment or Order.

Upon the courts own motion. The court has made this order of its own initiative without a hearing. If you object to the order, you must make an application to have it set aside, varied or stayed within seven days of receiving it.

IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The order of the 22nd April 2015 be Varied and the claimants claim is stayed pending further order.

What the hell in plain english does that mean?....im very worried now.

Looks like somebody wants the stay from 22/4 lifted. Could be them or the court. Seems like nothing to do until the court gives instructions to you. Call them if you want.

so they will make a decision if it goes to court, on the 1st of July?
If they make a court date and say we are out of the country, can we ask the court to change it to a later date?

Phone them up and ask that a note be added of when you are out of touch. Confirm via email. (or email then phone whatever suits)
