I have exactly the same thing happening to me. Same date of issue and same solicitor M Shwarts. Basically I am going to defend it but I was hoping to get some advice on filling out the defence section…

When was parking and was the driver the same as the name on the claim form ?

It was, i moved it to keep things apart so i get less confused when time goes on and matters progress towards a potential hearing.

A letter/email to see if your local court is interested in stopping claimants take the mick out of them.
