Hi
i have just joined this post need some clarification regarding a fixed penalty fine.
I was pulled over on the 26th jan 2022. police checks.
starting querying my insurance went in to more detail and said my insurance did not cover Buisness insurance. I pointed out this is a mobility car and on my insurance it state’s I can go to work and back to home if it’s a permanent work place which is temporary a year.
still the car was lifted took to a compound which cost £190 to release.
on that day I phoned mobility explaining the situation. they issued a letter of indemnity.
today I phoned the mets number that’s on the fine letter which is £300 plus six points.
they have asked me to email the letter of indemnity plus the mobility insurance threw Rsa.
I need to know is this letter of indemnity going to help my cause.
thanks. Jim777.
