Acknowledged service, asked for documents, silence

Hi

I received a summons for a Parking Charge Notice from BW Legal on 28th November, acknowledged service on 29th and sent SAR to NCP and request for copies of original PCN to BW Legal on the same day. I've heard nothing back from either. Should I fill in the defence form saying I have received no documents or indeed any acknowledgement from NCP or BW Legal?
