  • First Solicitors Letter asking for money

Hello please excuse me if this is the wrong forum. i have autism and its very tricky for me to find out how forums work.

I had my first debt letter from BW Legal, demanding £154 for a car park fine.

I parked in a private car park, the payment machine was broken, would not accept any money. I received a penalty notice (£70). I appealed to Total Parking Solutions with photos of the machine but offered to pay for my parking. Rejected.

    I appealed to POPLA. Rejected.

This was Feb 2019, now all of a sudden out of nowhere this debt letter freaks me out.

I have not kept any documents, or photos or emails because i had no response to my efforts to resolve this.

I would really appreciate some help

So as you have no documents then you want to send a SAR to the parking company requesting all the data they hold about you and your car.
