  • Claim Form for CCJ DCB Legal

    Hi,

Having received a Claim Form from Northampton County Court Business Centre on 31st Dec, I would like a little guidance on how to proceed.

The claim is from 2015 for an over stay in a MOTO carpark and this is the only correspondence I have seen (possibility there was an initial PCN but there is zero recollection of that). The Claimant is CP Plus LTD/Group Nexus and Sol is DCB Legal

I have looked at the online PCN and there are no images available to review "temporarily unavailable" which seems a little odd.

The research I have done doesn't really provide an answer but my thoughts are that it is already in a court process and thus should not be ignored and I have a limited time to respond (14 days from Issue date).

I would prefer to defend it and be open to paying a reasonable fee not the £300+ that they are claiming.

    Cheers.
