Received a letter from Civil Enforcement LTD in regards to a CCJ being issued against me in November 2019 by Northampton County Court. I have no recollection of any previous letters, just the one with the CCJ being issued against me.
I had an aggravated assault burglary occur at my home address early November 2019 which led to my home being unoccupied until early January 2020 due to safety concerns.*
I paid the judgement which was roughly £280 yesterday. Having checked my credit report - I noticed a CCJ being issued resulting in my credit score to sky rocket downwards.
I have no issue with the fine or the amount. I am not the driver, just the registered keeper of the vehicle.
I would like any assistance if it is still possible to get this set aside with or without consent. The judgement has been paid (yesterday) albeit not within 30 days.
