Well I have 5 days until deadline to submit defence. Feeling completely overwhelmed as there are so many things I can say in defence. The abuse of process of the £60 added by BWL, the laches issue, POFA faliures, PAP failures.....

If anyone has an example of a good defence I would be very grateful to set eyes on one, I just need a kick start to get me going. I also need to be careful as I tend to be verbose and i know DJ's wont want to read 20 pages.
