I have read through other posts however every single one seems to be a different case so I hope for someone to advise a bit on this one, please.
The driver has entered Lidl Eastleigh car park on 6th of Oct. They haven't got an idea about 10 mins free of charge parking policy. They had parked for more than 10 mins (but less than "90 Minutes Free Parking") and did not put the registration numbers at the till in store. They don't have the receipt from the time of parking either.
Received 90.00 GBP PCN due on 7th of November. I haven't even got a chance to get into 45.00 GBP within 14 days option as I had been away.
Could you please advise whether it's best to pay it now or appeal ?
