My daughter entered the car park at 3 a.m. to wait for a friend. She waited in car for 20 minutes before leaving.

I have received a parking charge notice to be paid within 28 days. I'm the registered keeper but was obviously not driving so what happens if I ignore the correspondence.

In Scotland there is no keeper liability. They will send a few letters. File and ignore.

The offence was on 19 th June and their notice was issued on 7th July. Should i write & advise them that i am the keeper but was not the driver.

The reply will be, tell us the name of the driver so we can harass them for money.
