Hello everybody, am new to this so please bare with me. I need help with a letter I received yesterday (11/02/2016) from G24 Ltd about parking my car and leaving it overnight in this said carpark (sports Direct) They have a picture of my car entering the car park on 25/02 at 4.25pm, this is true as I pick up my daughter from the college which is adjacent to the car park, they have a picture of me leaving the car park on 26/02 at 11.38am which is also true as I picked up my son from town, however they do not have a picture of my car parked at all overnight and I can confirm that my car was parked on the morning of the 26/02 at my place of work at 04.30am until 8.00am which is a good 7miles away. I can prove this because we have cctv in our car park. They are demanding £100 but if I pay in 14days they will accept £60. Please what should I do? Many thanks:tinysmile_cry_t:

Re: G24 Ltd
Dear Sirs,
I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver visited the car park twice, once on each day. I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9 in several aspects .
Please cancel this nonsense forthwith.
Yours etc
