Peel center Stockport

I went to Stockport peel street center, with my son going KFC, I was in there 45min waiting for food, and my son suffers with autism, so waiting for food with a son who's 5 being a fiddget and wanting food, I didn't realise the time, more to the fact you only get 15min? For food time which is disgusting! I got a letter saying I owe them £70! I tried to Appel but they said no! I was there 45 min... Is there anything I can do? Cause they want £100 as a single dad it's going to be hard the letter is very scare monging...

Well the Peel centre is excel parking who are in the IPC (use IAS) not the BPA (use popla). Thus a 2nd appeal is doomed to failure. I would still do it though although some wouldn't waste the effort.

Best bet is to complain strongly to KFC otherwise keep all the paperwork in drawer and if they take court action deal with it.

Thank you, it's really bad I tried to explain it was KFCs fault but they are having non of it, ok I will complain strongly to KFC, you would think £100 is not worth court over but they seem like bully's I tried to tel them my kid has special needs...

Ok, I shall complain to KFC
Not pay the fine, and wait I'm going to call them up tomorrow and withheld of course not getting my number, I'll give them one last try to re consider, I could take them to the papers.
