      Re: Excel Parking Services

Thanks so much to both, so its worth appealing and getting rejected if I plan on ignoring? Im really not fully comfortable with the idea of ignoring, hopefully the shaming will work! Do many people ignore? and would I have a strong case in your opinions if i did get taken to court? I did breach their 'contract' but equally the punishment most certainly doesn't fit the crime

Many many thanks, i really would have struggled without all this

Pre keeper liability (Oct 2012) everyone did. Some of these face court claims now (not many lose if they try and defend though)

Although your case bears no resemblance to Beavis (he overstayed in time) much will depend upon what the supreme court says as many Judges will blindly follow the result.

Your case is more akin to http://nebula.wsimg.com/e3da92cb966c...&alloworigin=1 .

I read through this and was initially heartened to see the result, I am wondering if PC world own the carpark or if Excel do, it seems thats why the case that you helpfully suggested was successful for the consumer in this case. (other than that it is extremely similar to my case). I did the shaming, i actually had to sign up to twitter (consequently im not sure if my tweet actually worked but i noticed kati's so thankyou!)

I don't envisage either owning the land. It'll be some pension pot or other who lease it to x who lease the stores out, probably.

Thanks again for the help, I have just been contacted on facebook, they are saying that because I breached the contract of the adminstrator of the carpark they cant help me- should I keep complaining about PC world?
