Afternoon all, I have taken issue with the attached signage as it does not comply with the IPC Code, which states that PPCs must identify themselves as "the creditor" on their signage. The PPC insist this sign was audited and approved, and the IPC say that it does state who the creditor are. Forgive me if I'm mistaken or being too pedantic by expecting it to say "the creditor", but is this a requirement?!
If the sign doesn't comply, then the PPC hasn't complied with the Code and weren't entitled to buy my information from the DVLA under the KADOE contract. As they've also misprocessed my data, accessing it 11 times in 14 days, 8 times after my NTK was issued (due to a technical error allegedly!) I'm keen to get thoughts on this.
