  • IAS Appeal advice

As the Keeper I've had an appear rejected (by the parking management company) for a parking charge notice which was issues 2 months after the incident.
I used the standard "You have failed to comply with the requirements of Schedule 4..." text in the appeal.

They say I can appeal to the IAS which according to the IPC code of practice the management company have not issued the ticket within the appropriate time frame.

Does anyone have any advice on what to put in the appeal to the IAS?
Is there anything I should avoid too?

    Thank you

Normally appealing to the IAS is not recommended as you will lose, no matter how good your case is.

There is no "standard failed to comply " text, it varies according to the circumstances.

So where is the original PCN, suitably redacted but leave dates? And what was your appeal?
