PCN from parking eye *SCOTLAND*. Please advise.

Hi there,

New to this forum but thought might give it a shot!
The Keeper received a PCN from parking eye on the 28th June 2021. The Driver parked the car at a private car park in Luss near loch lomond on 30th May 2021.
A parking ticket had been paid for at the time (see images).

Is this worth appealing? If you require anymore information then let me know. Unsure how to proceed from here, would rather obviously not pay the ransom fee .

Would ignoring this and just filing away still be the best course of action in Scotland? I read there were some recent changes to the Transport Bill but unsure if these have came into effect yet.

edit your post so that thecdriver cannot be inferred, the driver drove and parked, the keeper received the notice.

Does the notice mention "Prorection of Freedoms Act" on the reverse? Hope not.

In Scotland POFA does not apply so there can be no keeper liability. Only the unknown driver us liable and there is no legal requirement to identify the driver.

Ignore the Notice.

Updated the original post accordingly and would appreciate any advice when possible. This is the first PCN the Keeper has received from ParkingEye.

So ignore. The rules haven't changed yet. You not that PE have not included the paragraph about POFA, they know it doesn't apply
