You can email documents to Kati (See post #5).....they're normally sanitised, then posted on your thread (you'll need to provide a link to it).

I understand that mystery1 is very busy atm, but I'll give them (M1 & Kati) a shout for you.

Well I would just ignore ZZZZZ.
They are only debt collectors (who incidentally can't even get the postcode correct. The one they give is for a location on the wrong side of the Tawe!!)

That's what I thought.. I've told my father the same because he's obviously concerned over the sum of money they claim is owed. The inclusion of Bevis vs Premier Park is quite clearly scare tactics and I've referred him back to no. issued tickets vs no. court appearances as I've seen indirectly through these forums as an indicator of how little to worry about it.

Hi all,

As evidenced above, there's been something of a wait between the last message(s) I've sent and this one. Some bad and good fortune meant that I've been in the process of moving house, having moved out in June (approx).

Yesterday, my father received a letter from the 'debt collectors'/'bailiffs' (DCBL) to say that they were now hounding for £160 (£100 + £50+VAT admin fee). I'm almost certain I've got the same but it would have been sent to my old address*. I know that there are oftentimes frowns regarding asking for advice on these letters (as the going advice, from what I've read, is to unequivocally ignore these letters) as it is not a true bailiff and states that there is no legal case etc. at the foot of the letter - that they are not allowed onto private property without permission and do not have the rights to take goods.

*My question is, what is the best course for me to take as a potential recipient of the above/future letter, with regards to changing my address? I've seen that there should be communication with the PCN issuer to update addresses on their system in the unlikely scenario of it going to court. As much as I'd gamble on the circa 99% chance of it not going to court, I don't want to be the 1%, unbeknownst, and miss a prospective court date. I've obviously missed the POPLA shtick earlier in this thread so would be happy to hear any/all advice.

Since they are sending out notices it may well be prudent to tell then that you have moved. Put them on notice that if they continue to use the previous address then you will claim from them for any losses incurred because of this. First class post and free certificate of posting from a Post Office. File away for 6years.

Or wait and keep an eye on your credit files and then go for a set aside.

Issue - I'm unsure whether they've sent me a notice. I'd have assumed so but cannot be certain. Would I be notifying the PCN issuer (£100), the initial debt recovery (ZZPS) (£172), the DCBL people (£160) or all of the above? Maximum 'owings' quoted in brackets.
