hello
This is my fist post so here goes I recived a fine today from a company called premier park ltd,i am a taxi driver working the Barnsley area I just turned round in the car park more or less (11mins as it states the fine) I never even got out of my vehicle they have a picture of me going into the car park and coming out of the car par total time 11mins should I pay the fine this cannot be legal can it.

The driver did not exceed the grace periods required by the bpa code of practice section 13 being 10 minutes to leave and a further period to arrive, park and digest the signs.
