MET Parking Services advice

Hi,

Can someone please help me

I recieved a parking notice from MET in February stating i had overstayed on a mcdonalds carpark, they sent me a link so i could see the pictures they took of my car, you can see it entering the car park but the picture they have of the exit, you can't even see the number plate or the colour of the car so they have no evidence its me, i emailed them saying this and recieved another letter saying i didn't have enough evidence so i still have to pay.

What can i do to make them go away?
