  • MET Parking Charge Notice

Hi. I received a parking charge notice from MET a few days ago. Me and some friends had gone to a McDonalds after a night out at the time stated on the letter, we ate our meals and talked afterwards and ended up staying for over two hours (a little long I know). I didn't think there would be a problem with parking, considering how late it was and how there were so many open places. So I was a little baffled about getting this.

Could anyone recommend how I should proceed with this? Thanks.

Apologies if this is a dumb question. Is emailing them the only way to write to them or is there an appeal section on the MET website?
