Help! Two charges from 2012 and 2013 received

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help please?

I have received two parking tickets in the past and at the time the policy was to ignore them so I did. However in the last week I have received two letters from debt recovery plus for these parking tickets; one is from dec 2012 and the other july 2013 for parking over the free allocated time!

How can I appeal these? I have spoken to the supermarket and they have just changed companies and cant do anything to help get these cancelled.

Any advice please!

As you have been ignoring then continue to ignore. As a debt collecting company they can only write to you with red letters.

If the letters get to a "Letter before claim" or similar wording then come back.
