Got a PCN today as a sticker on my
Windscreen stating I parked unauthorised on the car park. This is due to me parking in what I eventually saw as a 'dreams only customers space' I used the gym and had actually had a look around dreams the car park was 3 hours maximum stay and I had been there for around 1 HR 15 and around 40 mins when the notice was given under the 'observed time' I want to appeal of course as this is incorrect how would be best?
