  • Met parking services and parking notice

You seem to be very good at this so wonder if you can help me:
A driver of my car received on 06.04.16 parking charge notice for £100 - for 'parking outside markings of a parking bay' at my local gym/swimming pool, pub and fast food facilities where parking is contracted out. There is no charge for parking. The car park was full as it was during Easter holidays with lots of kids going out for lunch with their parents there were no spaces available for parking - they drove around 3 times- They parked in a space not considered a bay but also not obstructing anything. Do we have a case please. Any advise greatly appreciated, many thanks

Nothing is guaranteed but the odds should be good.
