3 MET Parking Charge Notices

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum, so please be gentle!

I received 3 parking tickets through the post from MET parking Services with my car's pictures on them.

First letter dated -11/02/2016 was received on 19/02/2016
Second letter dated - 20/02/2016 was received on 20/02/2016
Third letter dated - 08/02/2016 was received Today (25/02/2016)

Appeal each one individually. They will reject them but popla is more of a chance to win. Should be a good thing but we had some "funny" results today which we can hopefully deal with. (genuine customer as you utilised their services, it won't matter)

Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver was a genuine customer.

It is noted that your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2102 schedule 4 para 9.

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.
