  • Parking Charge Notice - Debt Recovery Plus Ltd / Euro Car Parks

    Hello All

I was hoping for a bit of guidance, if possible.

I have received a letter today about a parking charge notice, which was allegedly incurred in June 2013. The letter from Debt Recovery Plus indicates I have been notified of this previously, but my memory is certainly not that good.

I have not communicated with them yet, and am yet to submit an appeal. Can you please advise me on how I would go about appealing this?

    Thanks

It was only a matter of time before more letters were sent for old tickets in light of Beavis. Either ignore all bar a letter before action and court papers or send an email stating " feck off, contact the driver" or similar.
