  • Smart Parking PCN - Asda Aintree

    Hi

I was wondering if some one would be kind enough to give me to some help. My daughter has received a PCN from Smart Parking in Asda Aintree as wants to appeal it.

I have attached a copy of the PCN.

I need to challenge the PCN with Smart Parking and would appreciate any guidance with my response based on the PCN.

I would be grateful for any advice.

As well as appealing she should speak to the MANAGER of the store.

    Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver did not see any signs and was a genuine customer.

It is noted that your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2102 schedule 4 para 9.

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

    Yours etc

If/when you get a popla code please let me know.

    M1
