  • Met parking services notice!

    Hi
I'm new to this and hope you can help. I parked at macdonalds brighton marina with my 4 children and partner in July, we went in and ordered food for all, ate it there then walked to see the boats and then back to macs for a mcflurry before leaving. We didn't actually see the notice and sat and ate the mcflurrys outside the restaurant before heading off. I received a notice to pay £100 or £50 within 14 days or appeal! At the time we were on holiday so appeal time had gone and I was told to ignore it. At end of aug received another notice to pay, again I ignored it as money tight and again told to ignore it. I have received a red letter this wk and now don't know what to do. I tried calling macs but no help. Do I pay? I'm annoyed coz we actually spent about £40 that day in the restaurant and were parked according to MET parking services for 114minutes! Please help?
