MET parking charge - Gatwick McDonald's

Hello everyone.

I have seen a number of cases similar to mine and was wondering if you could help me as successfully as the others.

Today I received a parking charge notice for overstaying at Gatwick McDonald's. I stayed for 73 minutes, where the permitted time is 60 mintutes. However I was using the McDonald's restaurant for the entire time of my stay and feel it's unfair that I am penalised for providing them business.

This was a letter I recieved through the post today for an incident on the 11th September. The fine is £100 or £50 if I pay by the 30th.

Dear Sirs,




I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs and was a genuine customer. I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 9 in several aspects .




Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.
