MET PCN at McDonalds Boreham Interchange

Hi There,

I know there are lots of threads on this, but I need help with an appeal. I was indeed at this McDonalds as the PCN states, but was stuck there for longer than the 90 minutes because of a work call that meant I could not drive anywhere until the issues were resolved.

I was there for 119 minutes.

I was going to look for a generic appeal template, but thought I would have more success using this route.

Dear Sirs,


I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs and was a genuine customer. I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9.


Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.
