I have just opened an envelope ..... from Parking Eye. I parked in Aldi Romsey car park for 20 minutes an hour before closing. Obviously I forgot to enter my car registration. I telephoned the number given (above) but was told that Aldi are no longer involved in car parking tickets and that customers need to contact Parking Eye direct. I have, however, emailed Aldi Customer Services explaining my oversight and that would they, on this occasion, agree to waive my parking charge notice.

Meanwhile, any suggestions anyone can provide would be welcome if Aldi refuse to become involved. Obviously I will need to contact Parking Eye but would prefer to deal with Aldi direct in the first instance!

    Thank you!

    Re: Aldi and Parking Eye

When haranguing Aldi it's the store manager or social media you require.

    At the same time appeal.

    Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs and was a genuine customer (see attached receipt). I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9.

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

    Yours etc

If you have no receipt delete that bit.

If popla is need let me know.
